Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update on the carrier's website.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, contact your local carrier and reach out to us via email.

We recommend shipping to a secure address or requesting signature confirmation.

Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address. Contact us immediately if you spot an error — changes can only be made before the order ships.
