Brand Positioning & Product Standards

7th Earth Studios is a premium manufacturer and retailer of high-GSM, GOTS-certified organic cotton garments. Our pricing reflects manufacturing integrity, not mass-market markups. Comparable retail brands sell similar garments at significantly higher prices. Purchases are not subject to refunds or disputes based on personal preference, styling expectations, or subjective critiques of construction choices.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Start a Return

Email us at returns@7thearthstudios.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size or color, subject to availability. Email us to request an exchange. If the item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend a tracked method as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.
